It's ideal for the location and proxmity to shopping
Front desk not equipped to handle international customers Poor service, during our initial days of stay, lift want working and walking up the stairs was not suitable for older people Poor in information sharing and handling guests a during our stay the hotel didn't have water for bath our for drinking purpose and the front desk wasn't equipped to deal this hostile situation and neither did they feel sorry about such a situation

There is a McDonald across the street. Staff were friendly.
There were noise because of the construction work. Our room didn't have a fridge (except others)

The room rates were pretty fair. Distance from the Cenang Beach was very short. Just opposite the hotel was the Langkawi Water World Aquarium and a few big duty free shops called "Zon". A newly built (or maybe just renovated) McD's. Many restaurants around ranging from Chinese to Indian, Arabic, Western, Mexican etc. The Concierge staffs were super friendly and they got us whatever we asked for. We booked for two nights and extended for another night.
There's no safe in the room, neither is there a fridge.

Location and the price. But I'm sure other hotels along cenang could offer the same but we booked a few days prior to our trip.
2 things. I did not like the fact they did not have a minibar and not informed bout it but rather stated they have a minibar with a coffee and tea making facility for the triple room. Secondly, I do not like how the receptionist handled the problem very blandly n coldly. No customer appreciation whatsoever.
